Soft Earth Womens'Circle

£8.00

I am honoured to create a space where women come together, feeling secure and safe enough to say what is true for them.

They can speak:

  • without having to accommodate others

  • without worrying how they might make others feel

  • without fear of being rejected, not fitting in.

This is a space without advice because they already hold the answers within them.

There is no judgement.

They are heard, accepted and respected.

In time they may be able to throw away the masks they wear to hide their true selves.

When women gather with openness and love in their hearts, magic happens.

When they speak without being interrupted and have the space to explore what they really want to say, they have revelations and are empowered. We are inspired and receive wisdom. It is a generous space.

A women’s circle, in its simplest form, is when women come together to share whatever bubbles up for them. Nothing is trivial.

The difference between this gathering and a group of friends meeting is that it is facilitated and there are guidelines and it is confidential.

When a woman speaks, she is not interrupted, no advice is given and she is not judged. Her words may stir up shares in other participants and cause them to reflect on their own experiences.

Our ego developed at a very young age to keep us safe and accepted within a group. It was important for our survival. It is responsible for the masks we wear that hide our true selves and the voice inside our heads that tell us we are too much or not enough. Our ego lives in our thoughts. I guide the group through a meditative visualisation, designed to bring them into their bodies. This is where they are more aware of what is really true for them, not what their ego is telling them.

At the start of the circle I will open the circle and we will all ‘check-in’. Then I will introduce a theme, which I will have selected beforehand based on my intuition. We will then move into the meditative visualisation before there is an opportunity for sharing. You will have a reasonable length of time to explore your feelings and thoughts, without any interruptions or advice being given. There may be periods of silence. Silence is welcome.

At the end of the circle I will make connections and reflect on the wisdom evident in the space.

I am always humbled by the beauty, courage and vulnerability women show in circle and I can't wait to welcome you.
